Relax dont do it !

With so much of work pressure and stress in this competative market, we hardly get any time to sleep or relax a bit totally forgetting the hardships that you have done for the whole day.But ultimately we end up gettings ourselves more stressful and So when i searched on the net on how to make myself less prone to stress and be relaxed, here are a bucket of lists of DO'S & DON'T !

- Reduce caffeine : Ahhhh..i can't..actually we all can't.its an energy drink for all of us..
- Restrict nicotine : i can do that.RESTRICT myself and others from having it !
- Avoid napping : I can do that but what about my fellow japs who doze off every now and then...its a awesome view..i enjoy every moment of it when they nap..hahaha

NOTE : The bed should be used for sleep and sex only. If not, you can end up associating the bed with distracting activities that could make it difficult for you to fall asleep.
