Together the Last time It's been a amazing yet facinating stay here in nihon with so much intellectual people around you and making your very day a special day all together. Its been a year later after landing in Japan that i decided for the taking a japanese class. With no idea how to start with it, i along with one of my friends decided to go for TAC and within the next week we decided to meet Takahashi-san, the gentleman behind the whole show. Its was then that we started our first japanese class and till the end it continued with few more others friends joined in as we moved on ahead. This whole thing started just as an hobby but as we gradually learned a little bit of japanese, we developed great thirst for the japanese culture to quench. In this whole process Takahashi-san & Yamamoto-san has really made a lot of difference. Well in other sense i can put it in this way that they were the Doors to the Japanese culture and traditions. We were not only learning japanese but ...

People change managers not company ! With my 3.5 years of experience in IT field , i had seen severals new faces appearing from no where and some old known faces disappearing in the ever growing IT crowd. If you have observed that within the last few years the attrition rate is kind of growing and lots of people are moving in and out within different companies with new expectation and hope that they will get new opportunities, new work style, new things/technologies to learn that will help them grow on the professional level. We have heard a lot regarding this topic and have come through several pros and cons but ultimately I still haven't figured it out whether the attrition rates being high or low really matters for a company ? Little confused, i guess i should be even the big guns sometimes feel the same way if they face really dilemma tic situation. But I guess no matter what company you are working for the policies remain the same everywhere but the only thing that...

Miss my little sis :-( This morning when i was commuting in the Tozai Metro i saw 2 kids dressed up in the green school uniform with the hats, might be going to participate in some kind of sports meet which these Japanese schools usually organize during the Saturdays. The little girl with a heavy specs resting on her nose was constantly teasing her elder brother with her umbrella, the brother did resisted the constant teasing effort by his sis, but the little sis was really not in a mood to stop...she kept on repeating the teasing.. ha ha.. it was kind of moment which actually reminded me of those golden moments when me and my lil-sis used to fight/tease each other. But every time we have these fights it would hardly last few minutes and right after we would behave as if nothing ever happened...Really miss those past moments, sometimes i do really wish to go back to that phase of life with no worries and tensions totally unaware of the materialistic world and fill...
A shaky tremor in tokyo Just like any other ordinary night, i thought this one would be a similar one until i felt a strong threshold of the shake underneath me back to back ;WOW 2 heavy quake in just a quater of hours; though this is quite natural in a place like japan which experiences 20 percent of the world's major earthquakes every year but this was rather something i would have never imagined to have experienced in my lifetime during my stay and still breathing like a normal human being as i used to do beforehand :-) Well i will say its was a scintillating and exciting yet despairing moment for me to have felt the quake of 6.7 richter scale, still can't forget the moment when every damn thing from hanging light to my bed was shaking in the horrible pendulum motion around and around. Later i was joined by few friends who were norturnal humans just similar to me and we were just communicating each other about our encounter with the shaky feeling about the tremors and we dec...
